Step 1: Join Our Interest List

Start by completing our quick Puppy Application. This helps us get to know your family, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a puppy. Once your application is approved, we’ll add you to our Interest List and we will keep you updated on planned and confirmed litters via email. There’s no deposit required at this stage.
Step 2: Join A Litter Waitlist
When a breeding is planned or a pregnancy is confirmed, families on our interest list receive early notification. If the timing and pairing are a match, you can officially reserve your puppy with a $ 250 reservation fee. (Your deposit goes toward your puppy’s total price and secures your spot in the litter.) Current methods for deposit are Venmo, Paypal and Gooddog.
Reservations to join a litter are non-refundable but will be transferrable if preferences are unavailable on a selected litter, if preferences are available and families decide to transfer they will be allowed one transfer to a future litter, any future transfers will require an additional reservation fee.
Step 3: Puppy Raising & Socialization (Weeks 0 – 7)
This is where the magic happens!
Our puppies are born and raised right here in our home along side our family and handled daily with love.
We use proven early development techniques including:

Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) & Early Scent Introduction (ESI)

10-Step Handling Exercises to build confidence

Exposure to household sounds, textures, children, and new environments
Each puppy follows the Badass Breeder Curriculum, preparing them to grow into happy, resilient, family-ready companions.
You’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you can watch your puppy grow.
Step 4: Temperament Testing & Puppy Matching (Week 7)
When puppies are about seven weeks old, we perform temperament evaluations to understand each puppy’s personality and energy level.
This allows us to guide families toward the best fit for their lifestyle — whether that’s a playful adventurer, a snuggly lap dog, or a calm therapy prospect.
Step 5: Go-Home Day (Week 8 +)
At eight weeks, your puppy is ready to join your family!

Pickup & Delivery
Pick up at our home:
Families who wish to drive to pick up their puppy at our home in Pittsburgh, PA are welcome to come on scheduled puppy pick-up dates!

Families can Fly - in .
We welcome you to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry-on. Some airlines will charge a pet fee (around $100-$150) to allow your pup on the plane with you. You will need a soft carrier to take your puppy home in. We can meet you at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Flight Nanny:
We can hand-deliver your puppy to an airport near you! Your puppy will fly as a carry-on with one of our "flight nannies" in the comfort and protection of the airplane cabin.

Ground Transport
Ground Transport options are available to families who prefer puppy be delivered to them. Families wishing to drive in, but have a far distance are welcome to meet someone from our transportation team half-way. Both parties will agree upon a time/place for pick-up. Pricing varies per location.
